This policy explains how PipsProof processes information when you use the website and authenticated signal workspace.

Information we process

We process account details, profile preferences, chart screenshots you submit, structured AI analyses, saved signal outcomes, usage records, and limited payment-provider identifiers required to activate access.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, provide chart analysis, save private records, enforce plan limits, activate purchases, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. Public marketing pages do not expose account screenshots, analyses, or signal history.

Service providers

PipsProof uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Gemini for requested AI analysis, Vercel for hosting, and NOWPayments for payment processing. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

Security and retention

Private application records use account-based access controls. Server credentials are not intentionally exposed to the browser. Records are retained while your account is active or as reasonably required for security, billing, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may change your password from Account Settings. The login email is read-only inside the workspace to protect account identity. For correction, account deletion, or other privacy requests, contact adilmarghadi2020@gmail.com.

Trading information

Chart analyses and outcomes are decision-support records. PipsProof does not connect to or execute trades in your brokerage account.
